The Battery Car Service is operated exclusively by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB). It provides a comfortable journey between Ardhkuwari and Bhawan and Return back to Ardhkuwari.

Booking Guidelines

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets can be cancelled online up to 2 days before the scheduled journey.

Refund

70% of the ticket amount is refunded after successful cancellation.

Processing Charge

30% of the ticket amount is deducted as processing charges.

Refund Information

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within the prescribed processing period of the Shrine Board.
